we meet each child’s right-now needs, such as nutrition, medical care and encouragement, as well as their long-term needs, such as education and vocational training. But we don’t just meet a child’s physical, mental and emotional needs. We also care for them spiritually by introducing them to the gospel. While children living in poverty face many challenges, eternal hope is found in Jesus.
With their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs met, children can become healthy, strong, confident and empowered to journey out of poverty.
OUR PROJECTS
Age groups and eligibility criteria
We recruit kids between the ages of 3-5 years and nurture them holistically till the ages of 22 years. we recruit the needy of the neediest within the community that we serve. When these opportunities come, we advertise in all churches, schools, chief’s camps, market places within the radius of our work.
Our Curriculum
Our child development center runs once a week (every Saturday) for holistic development. We have 8 part-time teachers who assist us in the running of the program. The kids spend the whole day at the project learning through the available compassion curriculum,bible study and devotion, social groups, skills training and development, mentorship and psychological counselling.
