Empowering 15 Vulnerable Caregivers Through Leather Shoe Production
At our project, we believe that empowerment begins with opportunity. We are proud to support a dedicated group of 15 vulnerable caregivers who are transforming their lives through the production of high-quality leather shoes.
Many of the caregivers in our program are single mothers, widows, or guardians raising vulnerable children under difficult economic circumstances. Limited access to stable employment has made it challenging for them to meet their families’ basic needs.
Through this initiative, we provide:
- Practical training in leather shoe production
- Access to tools, materials, and workspace
- Business and financial literacy skills
- Ongoing mentorship and support
By equipping caregivers with hands-on technical skills, we enable them to earn a sustainable income while maintaining their important caregiving responsibilities.
The group produces durable, locally made leather shoes suitable for:
- School uniforms
- Workwear
- Casual and everyday use

Empowering 13 Vulnerable Caregivers Through Soccer Ball Production
At our project, opportunity meets purpose. We are proud to support a dedicated group of 13 vulnerable caregivers who are building sustainable livelihoods through the production of high-quality, hand-stitched soccer balls.
Many of the caregivers in our program are single mothers, widows, or guardians raising vulnerable children with limited and irregular income. Through structured training and hands-on mentorship, they are gaining practical skills in:
- Panel cutting and alignment
- Hand-stitching and assembly
- Bladder fitting and inflation testing
- Quality control and finishing
With access to tools, materials, and a safe workspace, these caregivers are transforming craftsmanship into consistent income — while continuing to care for their families.
